Our Process has been approved by NADEP for on-site I Level and Depot Level maintenance.

Our Chemicals have been approved for the F-16 (350 knot) canopy by Hill Air Force Base.
- No need to remove the transparency from the frame.
- No need to remove the transparency from the aircraft.

Our process includes the following:
- Complete cleaning with a scratch-free cloth.
- Verifying minimum thickness requirements.

Before and after readings are taken to determine the mil depth of the transparency removed. A minimum of 5 data points will be selected on each transparency and recorded on the Quality Assurance Worksheet. Quality Assurance Worksheets are provided to the customer following each refurbishment.

 

We apply a protective plastic cover to all shipped transparencies to ensure they are protection during transportation, as well as during reinstallation.

We recommend that all protective plastic covers remain on the transparency until the reinstallation is complete to ensure no damage occurs during the customer's reinstallation process.
